Akris offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to make your return experience as seamless and refined as your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original Akris packaging and include the printed return form to ensure efficient processing at our atelier.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or FedEx shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized shipping location or schedule a complimentary collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
